If you purchase a Property Prepurchase Information Report (PPIR), additional terms apply at the time of purchase, including:

• Payment is required before report preparation begins
• Reports reflect planning information available at the time of preparation and are informational only
• Refunds are available in limited circumstances, such as if we are unable to complete your report or you cancel within 24 hours of payment before work commences
• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before purchasing property

Full PPIR terms are presented during the request process and must be accepted before payment.

We endeavour to keep website information accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that all information will at all times be complete, current or free from error.

Planning controls and requirements may change without corresponding immediate changes to website content.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
