• Payment is required before report preparation begins
• Reports reflect planning information available at the time of preparation and are informational only
• Refunds are available in limited circumstances, such as if we are unable to complete your report or you cancel within 24 hours of payment before work commences
• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before purchasing property

Full PPIR terms are presented during the request process and must be accepted before payment.

Fees for services are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Invoices and payment terms for professional engagements are as agreed in writing.

All content on this Website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Vic Urban Town Planning and protected by Australian copyright law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Reports and deliverables prepared for you may be used for your stated purpose but may not be reproduced or distributed without our consent.
