Documents you upload as part of a Property Prepurchase Information Report request, such as title documents or site plans, are stored only as needed to prepare your report and meet our professional record-keeping obligations.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

Some technology, cloud-storage, website, communications or other service providers used by Vic Urban may store or process information outside Australia. That currently includes Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Google Workspace, Resend and Stripe.

Where personal information is likely to be disclosed to overseas recipients and applicable privacy laws require disclosure of the relevant countries, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
